什么是 DeFi Dollar?

DeFi Dollar is a decentralized finance protocol on Ethereum Mainnet, built as a “friendly fork” of the well-established Liquity Protocol. It allows users to borrow USDFI, a decentralized stablecoin, by collateralizing leading DeFi tokens such as AAVE, CRV, FRAX, LDO, LINK, LQTY, SKY, UNI, WBTC, and YFI. This system provides liquidity while preserving ownership of underlying crypto assets.

To kickstart adoption, DeFi Dollar launched a community bootstrap event, allocating 40% of the total DEFI token supply to early participants. Running from September 2nd to September 16th, the event let users contribute USDFI tokens in exchange for DEFI tokens. Final allocations are determined by participants’ accumulated activity points within the protocol.

In addition, 4% of the DEFI token supply is reserved specifically for the Liquity community. Of this, 2.75% is distributed to Liquity V2 Leaderboard participants, while 1.25% goes to liquidity providers in the BOLD/USDFI/ebUSD/USDaf Curve pools. This strategy highlights DeFi Dollar’s close connection to Liquity and rewards those who have actively contributed to its ecosystem.
